The Client

Amelit Group is one of the oldest suppliers of fully certified dental products in Ukraine. Great demand and modern trends in purchasing automation for medium and small clinics became the driving motivation for a complete update of the company's online store.

Challenge

The main challenge in the development of the web application was the creation of a new concept that would be a synergy of automating online purchases, convenient search for the necessary goods and customer-oriented service.

Features
research

The main basis of the new project was an in-depth study of regular customers of an active online store. With the help of client and user interviews, a number of features of user behavior were revealed, which allowed to develop unique combinations of solutions for implementation in the user interface.

User
Research

The analysis was based on two main types of users: physicians who conduct procurement independently and administrators of dental clinics to whom procurement processes are delegated. Such segmentation made it possible to identify pain points when working with the interface and eliminate their negative impact on a positive user experience.

Solutions

As a result of processing the analytics data, a convenient interface design was developed that fully meets the needs of users in terms of speed and ease of searching for the necessary goods. The development covered the creation of not only the main functionality of the online store, but also the creation of specific automation flows for users in their personal account.
